This dress is all the best things bundled together. A 1970's piece of evening attire reminiscent of Abigail's Party. A colour so splutteringly unhinged as to be acceptable only on 4 year olds or warning labels of chemical imports. And a woolly hopscotch pitch so tempting that people will want trample the wearer underfoot. With a little pocket for chalk too-boot.

The original dress is made from all manner of man-made ghastliness I'm sure although sadly it's lost it's label. But for all that it feels rather nice to the touch. The hopscotch squares are made from cotton and surrounded with ivory wool. As it took most of series 3 of Race Across The World to finish, not surprisingly, this is a complete one-off piece.
Size-wise, it's a generous UK 10. Measures 57cm from shoulder to hem and has a 38 inch chest.
