Returns
We'll be good to you if you're good to us.
If we make a mistake with the order - muzz up the spelling, print it upside down or send you a pillowcase when you ordered a wheelbarrow, we'll immediately remake and resend the item at our own expense. If the item is personalised, then usually we don't ask for it back. If we do need it back we'll cover all postage costs.

If you wish to return something because it's just not quite your thing, that absolutely fine. Within 30 days though if you please and it's original packaging in resealable condition. And we ask that you cover those costs. (1st class post is fine by us, but we recommend you get a proof of postage - which is free - so that if it should go missing in action we can still refund you or replace it.)

If you love your purchase but it's not the right size, we're happy to replace it providing it isn't personalised. We ask that you pay to return the original item and we'll pay to get the replacement out to you - seems fair. In those cases we will need the original back before sending the replacement.

We cannot offer refunds or returns on personalised items and underwear.
