When two ducks have an altercation they squabble briefly, separate and then vigorously flap their wings to release any excess tension. Why don't we do that? We used to as kids along with galloping like a horse and flying like an aeroplane. We shouldn't have grown out of it. If I'd have flapped my arms instead of smoking, or flapped instead of bitching about a client or a queue or a cloud, I'd have far better muscle definition in my arms and a very much more serene disposition.
